Hi Georgie, I wanted to send you a note regarding the trip we took last week on Katariina XO. The trip was to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday, but also for my son to propose to his girlfriend (a surprise) on Wednesday and for her parents to surprise her and spend the last days of the trip with us on the yacht. Needless to say, there was a lot of coordinating to be done between myself and Captain Jerko to make this a trip successful. I’m thrilled to report, Captain Jerko and his crew exceeded our expectations in every way. Jerko coordinated all dinner reservations, including the ones on before and after our cruise. He coordinated all travel to and from airports, including water travel for the guest joining in the middle of the trip. He recommended excellent hotels before and after the trip. But most importantly, he has a delightfully accommodating and pleasant personality and everyone enjoyed his company and direction throughout the trip. He even allowed me to keep him company when coming in and out of marinas, as he knew this was most interesting to me, as a fellow captain. His crew was helpful and accommodating and put in extra effort daily, including making sure each celebration was special. His chef was one of the most talented chefs we’ve ever experienced. His masterpiece lunches easily rivaled the several Michelin star restaurants we visited for dinner during our trip. The yacht is in exceptional condition and it is obvious the crew takes great pride in what is an exceptional vessel. Overall, I give Katarinna XO and Captain Jerko the highest rating possible in creating an outstanding experience for my family! The trip is a lifetime memory for us all and we all feel it was the single best family trip we’ve ever taken as a family. I hope this is helpful. Warm Regards, XXX July 2025
